About ILC
What is the International Leadership Competition (ILC) ?
ILC (International Leadership Competition) is a global leadership competition designed to help students enhance their leadership, communication, problem-solving, and other essential skills. The competition empowers students to develop their leadership abilities by providing a platform for growth, while offering opportunities to learn and showcase their talents in a competitive environment. By participating, students gain real-world experience, strengthen their skills, and take their leadership potential to the next level.
This is a Bi-lingual Competition, where students from 4th grade to Master’s level will have the opportunity to participate in 5 different categories. The competition will be held in both their native language and the international language (English), helping students enhance their linguistic skills and leadership qualities.
Who is the main organizer of the ILC?
The main organizers of the International Leadership Competition are the Leadership Development Academy and the Youth Skill Development Institute Trust (YSDI Trust).
What is the purpose of this event?
The International Leadership Competition aims to empower the next generation of leaders by providing them with a platform to showcase and develop their leadership skills. The primary purpose of the competition is to identify young talents with exceptional leadership potential and help them grow through skill-building opportunities in areas like communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
