What Will Happen in the International Leadership Competition?
To participate in ILC, you must first complete the registration process.
Join the online orientation session to learn how to prepare for ILC, understand key strategies, and gain essential leadership insights.
Take part in free masterclasses conducted by industry experts and join weekly leadership quizzes to boost your preparation.
Before the Selection Round, assess your readiness by taking the online model test.
Answer 50 multiple-choice questions based on the provided syllabus — all conducted online.
Participants who qualify from the Selection Round will compete in public speaking and written tasks based on syllabus topics and ILC guidelines.
Those who advance from the Elevation Round will present an online presentation on assigned topics.

Students from Class 4 to Master’s level (or equivalent) are eligible to participate in ILC across five different categories. Participation is strictly on an individual basis.

Winners are selected by a panel of esteemed judges based on their achievements, innovation, impact and overall leadership qualities.
